TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern getdvt.net and your DVT account. Use of the DVT software itself is governed by the License Terms (EULA); the Privacy Policy explains data handling. Using the site or creating an account means you accept these terms. The service is operated by MetaThinking (meta-thinking.net).

You need an account for the free tier and for managing licenses and seats. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information — the free tier is granted to real individuals. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, circumvent licensing, or attack the platform.

Don't attempt to breach, overload, or probe the site or the license API; don't misrepresent enterprise use as individual use; don't scrape accounts or content at scale. Security researchers acting in good faith are welcome to report findings.

The site, documentation, DVT name, and Martin belong to MetaThinking. Documentation may be quoted with attribution. The DVT software is licensed, not sold, under the EULA.

Enterprise licenses and support plans are agreed per order (following the assessment) and take precedence over these terms where they conflict. Prices are stated per order; taxes are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METATHINKING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. NOTHING HERE LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site with an updated date. You may close your account at any time; enterprise obligations survive per their orders.
